27th Annual Winter Carnival
Winter is here, and with it, Westmount’s 27th annual Winter Carnival, taking place February 4, 5 and 6 with events across the city.
A joint effort by the Sports and Recreation Department, the Community Events Division and the Community Events Advisory Committee (CEAC) - a group of elected officials, employees and volunteers from the community - Winter Carnival has events for Westmounters of all ages. Programme 2010
