Although our sports programmes are not necessarily devoted to elite athletes, the Sports, Recreation and Community Events Department provide opportunities for athletes and artists of all ages to find challenges and means to achieve excellence within our many offerings. What our philosophy does promote is participation. Whether you or your child is a budding author, actor, musician, hockey star or gymnast, your presence is welcomed.

So remember, if you don't get involved, you'll be missing out on so much of what Westmount offers. Is it a parent/child workshop or bridge that will entice you? Is it hockey or ballet that fulfills your dreams?
