The team at Station 12 works to maintain security in its territory, in compliance with the global priorities of the Montreal Police Department (Service de police de la Ville de Montréal or SPVM) . To this end, the team has established these objectives:
  • Reduce crime and the number of violent crimes
  • Increase the citizens’ sense of security by providing sustained police presence
  • Reduce the irritation caused by antisocial behaviour
  • Enhance security around schools
  • Launch prevention programs in schools and seniors’ residences
  • Improve road safety and monitor speed on main arteries in order to reduce traffic accidents
  • Participate in local activities
Business Hours

  • 7 days a week, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Off hours: a police officer can be contacted using the phone located at the entry
  • Day and night police patrol
